How to copy a table into a database?

Say I have a table in microsoft word. How can I copy that table into a database with the same number fields?How to copy a table into a database?
Copy the table. Paste it into Excel. Read it into Access. From there you can use the internal tools of your database to import the data, or use SQL to read Access and insert into your database. If the database supports imports from CSV files, you can save one step - export a CSV from Excel.



(You can't go directly from Word - what you have in word is a document, not data.)
