How do you export a filtered table in Access ?

I've set up a filter on a large ACCESS table and I want to create a new table based on the filtered subset so I can export it. What steps can I take to do this?How do you export a filtered table in Access ?
I would recommend you use the make-table query for this. Create a new query in Design view, and add the fields and appropriate filters into the query grid. Click on the Query Type icon, and select Make-Table Query. Provide the name of the new table and indicate if you want the new table created in the existing database or in a new database. When you click the Run icon, the table will be created.
