How to use Pivot table or some function else in Excel to find out matched data according to predefined rules?

Hi Pros,

I have a table of data and a list of rules that I need to find out the matching data from the table according to the rules. For example, one of the rules is to find out one or more transactions totalling certain amount in a month. or pick out the transactions happened in certain countries of which totaled certain amount.

Thanks so much for your help. How to use Pivot table or some function else in Excel to find out matched data according to predefined rules?
You can use filters or Category summary........How to use Pivot table or some function else in Excel to find out matched data according to predefined rules?
I would suggest using the Auto-filter feature and maybe the SUBTOTAL function
