How to clean a really old solid wood table?

I have a really old table that needs a good cleaning. What method/product do you recommend? How to clean a really old solid wood table?
Use some Murphy Oil Soap. It's readily available in a variety of stores in the cleaning isle.

Here's a link with more specific information of all of it's uses:

My table was yellow unfinished pine and I used mineral spirits to clean off the soil and soot.

Make sure you do not have a finish on the wood....

You could also try Murphy's oil soap.
Murphy's oil soap should work!
Sand the crap out of it,coat with polyurathane etc.
