How to build a table that can be used as a raised garden?

I want to build a free standing table that can be filled with dirt/fertilizer and can then plant vegetables in. We can't use a raised bed on the ground because the dogs would get into it. Anyone know of any products or plans?How to build a table that can be used as a raised garden?
