I have an excel spreadsheet, with customer info listed in rows and I need to create another user form or table that can show a chosen row from the spreadsheet each time in a customized table.

You don't have enough info in your question to give a complete answer but this looks like you can create a form where you access data via either a vlookup or hlookup using your current spreadsheet.
maybe add more detail to your question.
