How do I get wax off of a wood coffee table?

I have a coffee table made with wood veneer and one day I was burning candles on it and I accidentally kicked the table and wax splattered all over it! I've scratched some of it off, but I'm afraid I'll scratch off the finish! Is there an easier way to get it off? I'd really appreciate any advice!! Thanks in advance! How do I get wax off of a wood coffee table?
get a brown paper bag, place on top of the wax, no hold a low heat iron (iron set on low heat that is) over the bag (not touching - just placed right over it - this will draw up the wax into the bag....may take a few times depending on the wax....then rub on some pledge or better murphy's oil (murphy's is the best) - voila! How do I get wax off of a wood coffee table?
Put lots of paper towels over it (to soak it up) and then Iron them on low. You will notice the wax soaking into the paper towels, and once they are saturated repeat. This works on Carpet too!
